My name is Diana. I was introduced to Parkour back in 2008 when my husband Mike and I were dating. I fell in love with the flexibility Parkour had to the human body and stamina for movement. It was amazing to see how Parkour could be molded to an individual’s perspective, ability, and needs in the realm of movement. From stretches and workout holds, to leaps and kongs over walls; Parkour allows all individuals to feel like a participant on a team as themselves. It has been a pleasure to participate in the work of Parkour for this long.
