I have always loved movement! I grew up in central Pennsylvania, mountain biking the Appalachians and playing soccer. I moved to Northwest Ohio when I was a teenager and started in-line skating in half pipe comps, and trained in the martial arts for over 20 yrs.

At the age of 26 i developed a rare autoimmune disorder called Behcet's Disease which caused periodic blindness and difficulty walking due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doctors told me there was a good chance I could permanently lose my sight. I was on 90 pills and 1 injection per week. This new illness had become my toughest challenge, but also made me who I am today.

Discovering Parkour taught me that obstacles are just as much mental as they are physical and that my health was just an obstacle to overcome.

Today, I am now 31 yrs old and med free thanks to healthier dieting, exercise and of course my friends and family, especially my amazing and supportive wife (Diana)!

Parkour has given me some great opportunities from sharing my passion of movement with others to traveling and even performing in movies.

I hope to never stop moving and to always learn and share this art with others!
